Jonathan Miller, counsel for Misty Hampton, announces that he released the videos to one media outlet. (He did not say which outlet).

Given that they both are testifying in this case, this information would be turned over to the defense as part of the discovery. They plead guilty last month, so all the remaining defendants probably have these videos by now.

My guess is defense counsel for someone.
