I went to a new doctor last week for a hand issue, and when the nurse left the room, my medical chart was left open on the computer screen. There, in a 2 inch by 1 inch block in the top, right corner in large, bold letters, it said PATIENT REFUSED. I always figured my refusal of the jab was displayed somewhere because I could always tell the doctor’s reaction to me. But the size of this literally screamed to any doctor that I had not complied. I almost felt violated with the size emphasis to make sure no medical person ever misses that I bucked their order. It fully taints any trust or relationship I have or could have with that medical person.

Right. That's why they ALL use the SAME codes. For data mining.
Same happens when a cop asks to see your ID -- for any reason.
He puts it into his computer. What HE sees is you have no warrants, so he doesn't think anything else about it.
But that computer SENDS it to a database, where the database entity also does not know what is done with it.
But that database sends it onward and onward, and it eventually ends up with Interpol.
This is WORLDWIDE.
Interpol has NO COURT IN THE WORLD that it is subject to.
Rumor is they have their own assassination squad.
So, enjoy the next time a cop says, "Let me see your ID."
Or, your doc says, "Are you up to date on your vaccines?"
so can i tell a cop NO when he asks?
Yes, unless they have probable cause that you've committed a crime. 4th and 5th amendments.
Every state has passed laws that give law enforcement the right to identify you. If you refuse to provide ID, or claim you don't have any they have the right to place you under arrest and fingerprint you to ID you. This has been upheld against 4th amendment challenges.
