I followed one of the links just to see what kind of sources they used to refute this information presented at this conference.

FROM THE FIRST PARAGRAPH: "Only nine deaths caused by COVID-19 vaccines have been confirmed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention"

"have been confirmed" Nobody at the CDC is putting any effort into attempting to confirm any other deaths from Covid vaccines. If you don't investigate, you can't confirm. This is how they lie while kind of still telling the truth.
