I am no lawyer but isn't this blatantly unconstitutional? Free speech includes anonymous speech.

Do you really believe we are anonymous on social media when it comes to the government? They know it's you whether you enter your name into Twatbook or not. The only ones you are anonymous to is your fellow "regular users". The anonymity is there for your safety from them and their rabid attempts at swatting, doxxing etc.
