I am no lawyer but isn't this blatantly unconstitutional? Free speech includes anonymous speech.

RINO response would be the same as the leftist gun control response.

"The Founding Fathers couldn't have conceived of ~~fully automatic guns~~ the internet!"

It'd almost be funny to see who is willing to make that statement, so much so that I would love to see people with greater influence press her on the Constitutional point.
