This sounds like the reason we've never were able {ie willing} to get out from under Israel's thumb.

Remember they supposedly have assets deployed all over the country... Even nukes.

Back when we were more naive, the Bolsheviks were setting themselves up for the future and I don't find it far fetched at all that they were planting strategic attack systems around all the major cities after they took power of all of the institutions.
