No. Because in the near future, time travel is totally possible for messages/information. Tesla was working on it. In the future, it operates. Look up Quantum Bundling theory, and specifically Quantum Echos. Why is that important for time travel. Because it’s what Quantam Computers can achieve theoretically not to long ago. And in 5-10 years from now, I’m sure they got it working correctly. I ask this question again as I’ve asked and no one can answer it, which makes my query fit perfect. How did Q gain 6-7 years of future info/Intel, well beyond String and Game Theory capabilities if Looking Glass was in fact off line or stuck up until 2012? How did W get all of the info for the Q-Posts? My personal theory is Quantum Echos.

With no time distortion and can cross great distances with no time lapse. This is where they are currently, and are seeing how far forward and back they can move atoms and even information. So why is all this important?
If Quantum Computers once fully working and actually jumping info through time forward, or specifically backwards with no time lapse; imagine in theory if two operating Quantum computers on the same IP address line, but in different years. Let’s say the new infant computer is placed online in 2023, and the same computer is accessed in 2030 but they send an Echo backwards to 2023, after working out the kinks???
