I agree. They need to feel the pain of their actions. A pin prick in the arm is not the same as a jerk of the neck. Grrrrrr.. this kinda pisses me off. Heck, in my levels of execution styles I think firing squad, gallows, guillotine, draw and quarter, and then lethal injection should be considered, in that order. This is BS.
