David Sinclair, a Harvard genetics professor who only sleeps 6 hours a night and doesn’t exercise every day swears 3 habits helped reverse his biological age by a decade. Excellent article that is well worth the read...I believe that I would add daily exercise (your choice) because muscle is the organ of longevity...and I feel the older he gets he would want to add this to his regimen...otherwise I concur from experience his foundational practices.

I don't do keto...but I eat butter, mostly coconut oil, bacon...pretty much anything I want...I just know I feel better at 72 than I did at even 60 and to me this is of such great value. I LOVE carbs but I am careful not to overconsume...heck I eat pizza once a week at my favorite NY style pizza place...life is very good...
I'm glad to hear that. For a while I wasn't consuming very much fruit in favor of the fats and all but now I try to rely on instinct. I think we all should while being aware that factory food is mostly junk. I do love the butter!
