Makes me wonder whose side Vlad is on. This makes a lot of sense. IF it was about biolabs / NATO encroachment then surely Russia could easily have won and taken over some time ago. Maybe he is going along for the time being - who knows.

There can be no partial victories and in that timing is everything. Partial victories are really defeats in this 6000 year old war for the soul and destiny of humanity.
