I would have to check back on the exact nature of the deltas I referenced. It could be my memory is conflating some things.

Well, its been five years, so my memory may well be skewed as well. Either way, the deltas PLUS the incidental conflux of phrases, topics and other point powerfully to the Q operations connection with DJT.
