I have a 58 year old client, 5'2" weighs 115 marathoner, practices yoga, vegetarian. She recently went to the doctor and was diagnosed with full blown osteoporosis ( not the precursor osteopenia) I've also had clients suddenly diagnosed with 4th stage cancer. It's heartbreaking 💔
She DOES lift weights & has stopped running, her biceps are enormous, in fact she's looking like Popeye. She will not ditch the vegetarian diet but she does eat dairy. Unless she removes the spike proteins, her bones will continue to degrade.

She eats no meat or other important protein. She probably thinks peanut butter is full of protein.

vegetarian diets are death diets, and I would first and foremost blame her vegetarian diet for her osteoporosis long before I blame a few covid shots.
Most of my male middle aged meat eating friends can't get an erection while my veggie friends CAN. How can flacid equal healthy?
