Well as corrupt as the government in the U.S.is, you know they would never sue. They want to rig the system so that it can continue the status quo of the crooked system. The appeals court is in the hands of the cabal. We better pray hard that the SC isn’t too or there will be a full blown civil war.
As u/Cuzzo says above, the Act itself is unconstitutional and must be taken down.
And as I say above, nothing supercedes a local constitutional sheriff.
