Great, I eat 1lb of ground beef, 2-4 sliced of sharp cheddar and 2-4 eggs a day.
DON'T FORGET THE BACON!!!!!!! Makes everything slide down through the lower intestine rather quickly....just sayin'!!!!
Yea usually 2-3 slices of that on top. I have been eating a 1lb lettuce burger (0.5lb patty x2) with chz and bacon , avocado oil mayo / mustard and sliced tomato every day basically for a year and I never get sick of it! Only thing is finding the good lettuce for holding it all together, sometimes the store only has wilted or broken lettuces but I make due
Lettuce is easy to grow if you have the means to do so. You would be surprised at how different it tastes.
I'll have to try that. What seed do you recommend?
