This is a well written opinion piece about who Devvy would like to see as Trump's running mate and I have to say it is very interesting and informative. She actually makes a lot of sense and seems to have given this a lot of analysis and thought...it is well worth the time to read it.

Well...it is a well written article and she is very articulate making some good points, I find her viewpoint to be very compelling...even though I understand a desire for a non-politician...
I do like the article and see her points. I am just so sick of politicians. I think all office should be one term, volunteer position plus a lifetime ban on lobbying after the term
Yeah...the parameters of service sure need to be amended...you forgot no dual citizenship. I am sick of politicians also...it has become the pathway to unbelievable wealth and influence...forget service to a constituency. Volunteer would be great and a ban on lobbying...that is also great.
Totally agree. No dual citizens. They could accomplish everything they need to in two 30 day sessions. Coach flight, room in a military barracks and a cars to eat in the mess hall. Nothing more..
I believe it is Texas that has a model that has consolidated the time in session. You are absolutely right about this...BUT what sitting congressman would ever vote to eliminate all the perks, $$$$$$ and all the other benefits they now enjoy....NONE or few would...fire them all and start new would be great.....
I like Tucker as Press Secretary. Maybe Sarah Huckabee Sanders or someone else as VP that will blister the cabal and hold firm on conservative issues...

She says some very “RINO” statements in the article. “Too polarizing” is just one example. You could say the same about Trump, but why is that bad? The country is already polarized. RINO’s always give in to “get along”. Enough of that already! To be honest, I didn’t read every word of the article, the first paragraph was enough for me.
Then you missed out on a very good article with some very interesting valid points - your choice...to each his own...I posted it because it was so interesting and well written...something to think about and some new ideas to consider...
