I thought quotes indicated words that a person actually said not what someone thought they said...personally I don't care that you removed it...just confused about direct quotes...
This is the direct quote "We are fighting for the gay community, and we are fighting and fighting hard.” and it could mean anything. For example does Trump imply that he is fighting to awaken the gay community? Fighting to "save" the gay community?
And even if this "direct quote" was fake, there is no way Trump can come out and say no he did not say it.
Quotes like this are very typical of what MSM always does, and conveys whatever meaning the rest of the article pushes.
