She is missing the fact that the influx of criminals being infused into the country are making the existing citizens uncomfortable and afraid and thus these infiltrators must be stopped for the same reasons she uses to justify her position. It goes both ways. In fact, it can applied to her to shut her up (and down) for the common good!
