He is lucky he isn’t paralyzed from the trauma. RCMP should be arrested.

My concern is that he might be. If he is in the hospital with a broken back and that's how the cops treated him when they dragged him out of his tractor, they may have very well caused the paralyzation if it occurred.

Anyone with a back or neck injury needs to be immobilized on a stretcher before being moved.
