This says domain was registered in 2020. The email in tweet is dated 2011. Whoever may have owned the domain name prior to 2020 let their registration lapse. Not sure if there's a way to seek out past records. I looked up a domain name I used to own but let lapse and whois.com says "Looks like this domain has not been registered yet."
