I believe its vitamin D2 that is put in milk; D3 is the B vitamin that has excellent immune system benefits (the B vitamin produced by sun exposure; perhaps they put D3 in Canadian milk since you are so far north ?) Vitamin C and zinc are deficient in most diets.
