The inverse ratio between “professional seniority” and “competency and effectiveness” has definitely worsened over the course of my lifetime, moreso the last 10 years… I can’t help thinking so much of the decades long march of rot, grift, nepotism, corruption, gangsterism, wokery, theft, democide and omni-fuckery really went up a gear from Obama onwards…
