Where are these starving Americans? Because I'm not seeing them anywhere. In fact, I'm seeing the exact opposite. The majority of Americans are overweight.
The majority of Americans are overweight because our food industry and food scientists have been poisoning our food for decades.
One of my personal working assumptions is that the food industry creates health issues, i.e. obesity, cancer, etc. Most of these issues are created by all of the exotic ingredients in packaged foods. Just look at the ingredients next time at the grocery store. Of special note, look at how many are "genetically modified." Most of these are grains that are genetically modified.
The medical industrial complex sells "magic pills" to "cure" all the health issues. But when you listen to their ads, you realize their magic pills actually cause more and more issues that demand more magic pills.
It's all a vicious cycle and the food industry and medical industry are working hand in hand.
When times get tough economically, people tend to buy less of the whole, natural, expensive produce and meats. They replace it with the cheap stuff made with worse ingredients.
'Cooling down'? Half of America is starving and that is called cooling down? Do they actually believe their criminal lies?

Hyperbole isn't helpful.

All just my personal opinion.
I'm not picking on overweight people. I'm pointing out that the "half of America is starving" bit is complete nonsense.
Understood fren. Thanks!
