Yes, obviously... but my question was more like "WHY are there tunnels into Mexico and offshore at LA? Are we secretly working with Mexico, or could that tunnel be unknown to them?

If i remember correctly those tic tac ufos come out of the ocean off the coast of Mexico since at least the 50s, they have been here a long time.
