Spitballing here fren but what about something like this:
This way the daily chat thread can thrive as is, the lower tier stuff gets covered by the Mon & Wed shower thread, and the weekends are typically slow except for Fridays of course, but there's a sticky post for the weekend regarding sorta both of the threads plus maybe off topic foolery.
Whatever you guys decide is good enough for this frog! 🐸 Thank Q for all that you fine folks do 'round here.
We bounced around some flavour of each of these ideas, but, don't have enough engagement to do them all at once.

Actually, we'd really love it if the Weekly Chat became exactly this. Anything goes!
I like the idea of an off topic thread because if things are supposed to be strictly and directly related to Q, then a lot of good info won't survive. I know I have learned a ton of stuff from this board that is not directly Q related and I know a lot of other anons have too. A lot of us tend to ask advice from our frens here, rather than trust msm sources, so I really do like the idea of one off topic thread. But I suppose that's what the Gen chat thread is for too.
