The fact President Trump was denied a jury trial tells you he would be elected by a landslide in the state of New York. The only reason an AG would bypass the air of legitimacy a jury decision provides is they know a majority of New Yorkers support President Trump.

They couldn’t risk having a jury because there is a high percentage chance the jury will find in favor of President Trump.
