...fell and hurt her wrist, the fall dislodged a “blot clot” and she died within 2 days of the original her fall. Never in my life have I heard of such a thing.

I don't know what a blot clot is, but an embolus is a blood clot, air bubble, or other matter carried in the bloodstream that can lodge in a vessel, causing a blockage
