The EPA went after Berkey water filters if you recall. They don't want people to have access to clean drinking water it seems like.

In most countries they selling water rights to companies for diverse reasons: Data storage cooling (e.g. Microsoft in NL), hydrogen power, food production (e.g. Coca Cola, Nestlé, ...), ...
In depth research needed regarding laws, regulations and companies!!!
