True. The Cabal goes way back, but when did the DS gain power? A good question that I don’t have the answer for yet.
Just a thought: it might have been when kinetic warfare did not achieve the desired effect and infiltration became the plan.
The English govt, the most powerful at the time, was infiltrated by the Cabal during Napoleon or possibly earlier. There was a deep state there. It was trying to stop Amendment XIII being passed here in the US which is what kicked off the War of 1812.
