Yup. Global Crossing was a 47 billion company at one point. They were bound to have some heavy hitters on their board.

JAMES YOO WAS AN EXECUTIVE AT THIS COMPANY, GLOBAL CROSSING.

Which means he did not work for CFIUS.

GLOBAL CROSSING WAS A FRONT COMPANY AND A GLOBAL SPY NETWORK

So far, this is a claim from a guy on Twitter.

He hasn't really provided any information whatsoever that it was a front company or global Spy Network

I'll wait some more, it hasn't been 72 hours yet.

But I'm pretty sure he was outside of CFIUS.

And Global Crossing was no under the radar company. It was a highflying stock from the first internet boom.
