I didn't read any of the "Plan" in this article. Except Trump will use sweeping authority to change things. Is that the plan?

Is it really a dramatic ‘sweeping authority’? Or is it simply following rule of law??

People need to be held accountable for their decisions and lawbreaking. No more of this hand slapping bullshit. Full extent of the law is needed to break the cycle.
