Trump Tower in NYC may very well be a Tesla Tower pulling electric potential (EM energy) out of the sky and using it to power the building. Electric bills for Trump Tower would be very interesting to see.

By my estimation, a 36 foot tower may be enough to power a small house. An electrostat balloon anchored 500 feet above land with allodial title may be enough to power a Bitcoin mining or other industrial operation.
