Sorry. It's a good term though for what just happened there. It encapsulates the response there.

I said one thing and you came back with "what about this other thing?"

Also the fact that minority hires are going on is different from the idea of advertising a position that is only available for a minority.

One is legal while wrong and the other as I understand it is not legal
