It's still a grey area as leaked photos like that may not be strictly supported, as they're considered "stolen".

I definitely assure you that with the rampant degeneracy still on Twitter that the exposed genitalia would not have hurt your case at all.

I think it's only that it was not something the person in the picture consented to showing, and that's why they're still pulling BS like that.
