So I just heard that Biden said he would not pardon Hunter. And the question is this:

Could it be that Biden knows he is not a legit president?

And not being a legit president he must NOT have the authority to pardon anyone!

Am I right or just dreaming?

If there can't be a criminal case then he can never be a witness against himself.
