WEEKLY CHAT #49
OK, let's try the weekly chat idea, V2. Been hearing some positive comments! Seems like we have a winner! Give it a chance! Here goes! <3
Saline flushes for my sinus issues, the one in the can, Zinc, daily doses of it, along with Liposomal Vitamin C, Vitamin A and D, if I am going out to market or a meeting I use colloidal silver before I go out if it is cold and flu season, I snort it up the old nozzle, just before I go out and after I come home You can get it in a spray bottle from Sovereign Silver. I do not use it at the same time I do the saline flushes. Lo histamine foods and Claritin or Allegra work on histamines also, histamines cause inflammation, and whether or not you have allergies, the body responds to histamine over loads by creating mast cells, mast cells will cause an immune response in the respiratory system, which is symptomatic of a cold, inflammation, cough, phlegm, etc.
I need to get better about saline flushes, thanks for the reminder. I got slack and it's showing with allergies. The allergies are usually when trees are budding and fall when farmers are getting in the crops. Except for a couple weeks last spring my allergies have been much better. I've read a lot about colloidal silver and never gone further. Probably fear of the unknown. I have dermographism, allergic to touch. It's a form of the hives and there isn't much information on it. I was diagnosed at 9 years old in 1976, I took Atarax up until about a year ago. I still get the RX just in case. Figured out by accident St John's wort controls it and I only need the RX if I forget to take St. John's for several days. Since St. John's is an anti viral I'm thinking it's helping keep the symptoms at bay. Also helps neuropathy. Funny you mention Claritin and Allegra. I tool Allegra over 30 years ago for allergies finally stopped and couldn't tell a difference. Took Claritin RX about five years and when I stopped all meds my allergies were worse but I'm tired of taking RX. This past spring my allergies were making me feel horrible & I bought Claritin and every time I took it I got a terrible headache. Those antihistamines and Benadryl are like a sugar pill compared to Atarax. It knocks most people out.
