I flew International a couple times in 2020 and to get your boarding pass you first had to fill out a Covid questionnaire electronically on your phone.
Both trips I said I didn’t have a phone, so they gave me a printout version to fill out, and said I could turn it in to the flight crew while boarding. Needless to say I never filled them out.
We also never did the phone QR code menu thing either, and always requested “a normal person’s menu” (that’s what I referred to it as, to the servers).
