Ours came in the mailbox, no tube, which is why it was marked. And this was long before the Kenyan was even known.
Oh, interesting. We weren't allowed to put a paper in a USPS mailbox. Were the papers delivered by the post office (postage paid)?
We have a separate box underneath the USPS box for newspapers and flyers. And yes the boxes that get the local newspaper have a red dot. Mine doesn't because I don't subscribe to the newspapers but many of the boxes down my road do.
