It definitely used to be a place for artisans to sell, but when I left the platform I felt like they were trying to turn it more into an online Target with all the woke trash that comes with it.

If there is an alternative, I'm not aware of it. I do more local side work and CAD stuff these days and I haven't felt the need to research other online options.

I'll be the first to admit though that my experience with Etsy ended in 2021, but I highly doubt that it has improved in any way since then.
