I have no idea if this is true or not, but it's been said that filling the skies with the particulates in the chem-trails provides a better surface to project their blue-beam images on. If that's true, they could be planning for their alien invasion false flag.
They could also just want to create a weather event in the area or somewhere downwind.

I noticed in increase in activity in NC as well. Everyone got sick after the first few rounds.

In Chicago: I haven't seen anything more than the typical seasonal flu occurrences. Of course they're mostly people who ran out to get their free flu shots which were pushed out all the way back in October. Also most of them are still in the office or still working remotely while sick, nobody's been rushing off to the hospital over their sniffles.
