Having followed this subject for years, I suspect Tucker and company here are talking about human origins, genetic manipulation that started 250,000 years ago and continues today through "abductees," and inter-dimensional beings that can enter and exit our 'reality' or dimension at will. I further suspect they are talking about the migration of souls, but don't know that for sure.
It's the genetic manipulation that has always struck me about this story. Just one example of our human genome. The great primates of earth -- apes, gorillas, etc., -- have 48 chromosomes (or 24 pairs) and humans have 46 chromosomes (or 23 pairs). If we are SUPPOSEDLY descended from primates (which I doubt), how did we lose 2 chromosomes (1 pair) and turn out better? ...and not simply better, but EXPONENTIALLY better.
Humans create complex structures, communicate complex ideas over time, create symphonies and poetry and great literature, build supercomputers and AI.... and primates are still stuck in the trees and jungles fighting over breeding rights and bananas.
Anyway, there are many mysteries about our origins that have yet to be fully explained.
Yes, I didn't want to get into the high weeds on my reply, but you're right there too. I was trying to keep my response simple. If you can get hold of a now out-of-print book by Lloyd Pye called "Everything You Know Is Wrong" it covers much more detail about the human vs. primate genetics. It covers a lot more too.
There is some evidence, notably from MJ12 stuff, but also quite a bit of evidence elsewhere (though difficult to fully establish), that the child sacrifice, eating children, drinking blood, missing children, etc. are not just a function of Cabal "sickness" or religious practices, but are related to aliens being behind it, where by "alien," I mean beings that aren't from here. The word "here" could mean this planet, but it also could mean what we think of as the "physical" world.
To elaborate this "other evidence" slightly, if you investigate all the various religions in earnest, not just assuming they are true, but listen to what is really said, and look for corroborating evidence in all the various religions/archeology, keeping an open mind, there is no small amount of evidence that the "Gods" of this world are indeed beings from somewhere else (who knows where). One (or more) of them may even have been the creator(s) of this world and/or of humanity. They are powerful, possibly extradimensional beings, they just aren't The Source Of All Things, but are rather, pretenders to that title. Those "Gods" use children for whatever reason, and so do those that worship them. They may even be using children for spiritual food (eating their soul?).
Digging into this stuff does indeed get dark. True or not, there is substantial corroborating evidence throughout history. The bible is an excellent reference for this stuff, as long as you can allow yourself to not assume before the investigation that YHWH is the Source Of All Things (and believed by billions of people. Hmm, I wonder why...), as is proclaimed by the modern day version of that book. Interestingly, older texts suggest that YHWH was not The Source Of All Things. He wasn't even one of The First, but was the son of El, who himself was not the Source Of All Things either, but was rather, one of The First Children of Source. That phrase could also be stated (or is stated in some references as) a self actualized entity "split-apart" from Source, or perhaps Source experiencing itself through division.
Within these same references is a statement of the obvious truth (or rather, it would be "obviously true" (logically follow) if these things are true); to wit, we are also Source experiencing itself. In other words, we too are "divine" in the exact same way as the gods (aliens of some sort) that rule us; spilt-aparts from Source. It is because of this that our souls are food, making the gods "more divine" through our consumption.
Anyone know what they are talking about?

Thank you for the post. I have long thought the story of how we began and the different groups just did not make sense.
Unfortunately, I think some humans still fall under the primate category...
And what about our fused 2nd chromosome!!!!

Thank you for the post. You are right, that information is disappointing.
