A car collided with part of President Biden's parked motorcade in Wilmington, Delaware. Secret Service agents drew their weapons on the driver as the vehicle appeared rammed into an SUV.

They all heard the crash (loud noise) and it took several seconds for the SS to think, we better get him in the car. Thought it was strange they weren't instantly all over him.
