He was found guilty by a Colorado state, civil court judge. Not even a criminal trial. Yes. Too many due process violations here to even fathom.

Why is a Colorado judge collecting a Colorado salary for "convicting" people of a federal crime that has never been proven?

Did Trump get a preliminary hearing/examining trial for the "insurrection"? If not, this is a due process violation in most states.

Who was the arresting officer for Trump?

Was there a grand jury verdict or was it skipped?
