It's easy to discount these people, but sometimes when I meet one in real life, like at a Pot Belly's sandwich shop, who is beyond nice, it breaks my heart to see the tortured soul in their eyes. They were conned as we were. Just at a more fragile point in their lives. I try to be put off by what some of them do more than them as a whole. So many of these poor kids crack and end their own lives. The pain of the con is very real to them. They just don't understand why.
