Colorado used to be a beautiful state. Then the Californians discovered that they could sell their 1200 square foot ranch for over a million dollars and buy a McMansion here for that same amount. Then the McMansions took over, Californians took over, and Colorado went to pot (literally). People moved here for the view, then someone else moved into their view. It used to be horse pastures, cows, and open land. Small towns were truly small towns, and people knew each other. Now I drive with my kids and show them where horses and cows used to be, where Bandimere Speedway was in the middle of nowhere and now they are being put out of business by people who moved next to a speedway then complain about it. The cow pasture across from Bandimere I'm sure has it's days counted.
Colorado Springs was far away, now it's connected with houses and chain restaurants. When we moved here, in 1976, our relatives back east thought we had Indians on the runway when we landed. Now there's no mistaking Colorado is now overrun, ugly, and has ugly "leadership". The mountains are dotted with super houses and neon chain signs, small, quaint towns are now tourist traps (I'm looking at you, Boulder and Golden), and the homeless people are out of control and EVERYWHERE. We live miles out of town, and still get them in our area. legalizing drugs was an awful idea, turning Central City, Black Hawk, and Cripple Creek into gambling towns was disastrous.
I've been here most of my life, and I can say that although I don't support a boycott because we own a family business here and I don't want to lose it to the chains, I totally understand anyone who does Boycott Colorado.
Boycott the ski areas, and anything that the government gets a kickback from. I know we have to pay sales tax to the government, however please don't boycott small businesses. Colorado is truly a shit hole though. Not worth visiting in my opinion.
We own a business in a suburb of Denver, so the only way a boycott would hurt us is if people saw our name online, which has the city name in it, and decided since we are in Colorado they will not buy from us. We have zero tourism at our shop, so a tourism boycott would be fine. It's if people extended it to buying anything from Colorado that we would be hurt.
I feel for you, my dear anon. I know what you are talking about. We been there several times because of relatives and travel and recreation. It was very beautiful. I hear you.
I was born and raised here before the libertards targeted this state. I would love to see everyone chased out and my best day will be when Polis (Queen sitting pole) and his sidekid, Griswold, are marched off to Gitmo in handcuffs.
I'd like to see everyone chased out, and the "new" mansion houses and cookie cutter houses that have been built plowed over and a return to the open spaces, horses, cows, and beautiful hills that Colorado used to be. Too many houses, chain stores and restaurants, highways... and now Colorado looks like any other crappy, overbuilt and cluttered area.
We all would love to see it. CO is a beautiful state. When we were getting out of WA, we were asked by friends and relatives to move there. Thought about it but decided it's too cold. Moved to the south instead.
We are planning on going to Pueblo, CO where our relatives live. We have been to Littleton and Denver before so not going there again. Fly into Denver though.
the pandemic of the modern liberal/socialist/communist/marxist, etc.
soon, this will spread to every other great state.
colorado was once beautiful. california was once beautiful. all these once-great states have one thing in common now that they are shitholes.... democratic/liberal infestation.
YES!!!!! Please, please, please boycott this state! We are becoming Commifornia with ALL the transplants and have even seen illegal immigrants in the nastier part of Co Springs! Don't come to ski. The prices are WAY ridiculous and the rents are not affordable except for the truly disgusting Hollywood pedos.
PLEASE EVERYBODY BOYCOTT CO THIS WINTER AND EVERY OTHER SEASON! We need to get rid of our gay Gov. and all Demoncrat officials. Please hurt them where it counts.

I don't like to shovel snow. True.
Don’t punish a whole state for the sin of a handful. If this applies to Israel, it also should apply to Colorado.
You are correct. I like CO. Was planning a trip for September. Hopefully these demons be gone by then.
CO is not a good state though.
It’s a gorgeous state. But it’s been ruined by Californians moving here, including the gay governor who constantly adds to the shit hole status.
We’re actively looking for an escape route after 32 years living here. Let me know you do visit. Beers on me if we’re still here.

Still would be fun. Near Golden here.
I will let you know when we go. Thanks.

get rid of the brain-washing tv and start buying them off with DWAC. You will have beautiful states again.

Hopefully by September of next year, they will be so devastated that I can go visit my relatives.
Will see.
I didn't create this. https://twitter.com/TheEXECUTlONER_/status/1737462284648067175
The liberals destroy the good wherever they go. Look at Texas. Many from NY and California have relocated to Texas.
I know it. It's sad.
