Video games are a release though. Some of these kids will probably join the rising gangs because instead of a release of their frustrations, they seek it through other means.

Oh, sure, kids with healthier households will find healthier outlets but even still; everything is bad in excess, but we can't just slap taxes on everything (of course they're trying though)
