Weed and alcohol just amplify. Lazy people are just going to be really lazy while stoned. Ambitious people are going to zone in on their goals more when high. If you're sad and you get drunk you're going to be really sad same as if you are happy you're going to be really happy while drunk.

I went through all of my apprenticeship baked and have been the top journeyman electrician at just about every shop I've worked. My cousin is a master electrician and is so specialized with additional credentials there's literally less than 100 electricians in his state capable of doing what he does and the only time I haven't seen him stoned is when his safety guy gives him a 1 month heads-up that he has his yearly drug test 😂

My best friend has ADHD so bad he's able to concentrate better while high. He has a master's degree, a beautiful family, he's a great father and husband and made his first million stoned off his ass. I have other stoner friends from high-school who still work dead end jobs and live in their parent's basement.
