President Trump is not going to pick someone he pinned a nickname on, especially the nickname Bird Brain. But, no matter who he chooses people are going to criticize his running mate.

What is the purpose of stoking rumors like this? Maybe to make the real pick seem more acceptable?

If this is fake news, is it to make people disenchanted with President Trump? Or, make Haley seem acceptable as a first choice?
