This single quote says it all: Planned Parenthood Founder Margaret Sanger: “All of our problems are the result of overbreeding among the working class”

"Our" problems. Meaning them, the "elites", versus the rest of us. We are not included in "our". She is speaking strictly to other "elites" with this statement.

Just like when they say "our" democracy.
