They cropped out the handshake and all the people clapping, which changes the context a good amount.

I don't know? I would never point my finger at someone (regardless who's clapping or if I am shaking the persons hand) unless I was at odds with them and forcefully saying something against them to their face. That's the only reason you point that way at someone. Tell me any other meaning behind directly pointing as someone than to show them your disdain or dislike of them or something they've done? And you cannot deny the look on Trump's face as one that's serious about what he's telling the sodomite Kenyan imposter!
