Sorry its the sheeple Dems in the state going along and rooting for this garbage I was referring too... yes, the driving these things through from Newsome and others in political power in CA I believe is intentional. But the "retarded" part is there nonetheless... cause they're getting people to vote for these things. NCSWIC!
